Registration with the Luxembourg Business Registers (former RCS – Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés) is a compulsory step for anyone (natural persons in the case of a sole proprietorship, or legal entities in the case of a company) carrying on an economic activity. By registering, you will obtain a registration number for your company. You will need to file your company’s articles of incorporation.
To find out how to proceed in more detail, please refer to guichet.lu by clicking here.
After registering with the RCS, register for Value Added Tax (VAT) with the Administration de l’enregistrement et des domaines.
Depending on the progress of your project, we’ll give you advice, put you in touch with one of our volunteers, or refer you to another entrepreneurial support organization.
