Subscription to the Trade and Companies Register

The registration to the TCR is a compulsory step as it gathers all persons (physical is it's a sole proprietorship or moral if it is a company) exercising an economic activity. By subscribing, you will obtain a matriculation number for your company. You will also need to drop the constitutional documents (statuts) of your business.

After the registration at the TCR, subscribe to the Value Added Tax (VAT) through the "Administration de l'enregistrement et des domaines".
