Your role will be to guide and encourage them, helping them turn their ideas into viable and sustainable businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on each entrepreneur\u2019s needs, you may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Help them develop and strengthen their business plan;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share your expertise in project development and entrepreneurship;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advise and guide them as they launch and grow their business;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help facilitate communication when language is a barrier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are fluent in Arabic and French or English;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have experience in one or more of the following areas:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Business plan development and analysis;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit or finance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business or project management and development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching or mentoring entrepreneurs in Luxembourg;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting others;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are a good listener, open-minded, supportive and adaptable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Time commitment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least four hours per month on weekdays;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A flexible hybrid role, combining in-person and remote support depending on your availability and the entrepreneur\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why volunteer with microlux?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At microlux, every volunteer makes a tangible difference.
