Luxembourg, February 11, 2025 – In line with its social mission of financial inclusion and support for entrepreneurs without access to traditional bank credit, microlux is changing its financing conditions to better meet the needs of entrepreneurs. From now on, the maximum amount of loans granted will be increased from €25,000 to €50,000, enabling us to provide even greater support to entrepreneurs in Luxembourg.
People wishing to obtain microloans of over €25,000 and up to €50,000 will have to meet additional conditions:
These conditions are in addition to the presence of a guarantor for one third of the amount of the microcredit granted.
This development is in line with microlux’s desire to enable a greater number of people to carry out and develop their business projects, in the face of constant increase in the costs linked to business creation and development.
Sam Paulus, Senior Manager at microlux, comments : “This increase to €50,000 enables us to support microentrepreneurs even more effectively, especially those who need commercial premises to start their business, by offering them financial support adapted to the reality of the Luxembourg market.”
This initiative complements existing solutions and confirms microlux’s ongoing commitment to promoting financial and social inclusion through entrepreneurship, and to contributing to the growth of the local economy.
